Straw Hat Luffy - The Man Who Will Become the Pirate King

In Yamato’s flashback, Ace is certain that his little brother would one day become the Pirate King. Yamato gives Ace his Vivre Card, and they promise to meet again, but their promise is never fulfilled due to Ace’s death in the Paramount War. Back in present day, Yamato tells Momonosuke about what he read in Oden’s journal in which he’d written about the strong pirates who’d come to Wano in the future to take out Kaido. On top of the Skull Dome, Luffy joins Zoro, Kid, and Killer and confronts Kaido and Big Mom. Luffy finds Kin’emon and the other Akazayas who were attacked by Kaido. Luffy renews his promise to Kin’emon that he’ll protect Wano and has Law use his ability to transfer the wounded samurais out of harm’s way. Luffy activates Gear 3 and attacks Kaido, who, much to his dismay, gets knocked down.
