Carbon fiber rocking chair prototype

The rocking chair consists of two 8mm thin carbon fiber reinforced composite shells. The dynamic effect of the separating and then reuniting surfaces fits well with the character of the material. The furniture is essentially a snapshot of two moving, wave-like shell in space.
