‘Easel’ is a movable home display which can be moved through living space to even balcony on sunny days by its foldable structure. Like its name, Easel can also be used by leaning it against any wall and can be setted up everywhere in your home as flexible furniture.
Thinking About Our Next TV
1. Active Living and Display
Our home has undergone critical changes recently becoming more diverse than ever before. We are doing much more activities in our living spaces. In a house that will become more dynamic in the future, the display also need to be changed.
2. Screens Around Us
TV is no longer a fixed screen in our living rooms. We now have at least more than one screens with us normally, and we use them wherever we stay. TVs also need to be around us not to be stationary.

Setting Up an Easel
Inspired by an easel that can be unfolded anywhere, we designed a display that can be unfolded or leaned against a wall. It could be used flexibly in a variety of spaces and situations.
Stand Mode: Basic set-up standing display mode
Painting Mode: Display mode leaned against the wall
Audio Mode: Speaker mode when display is not used (could be more dramatic for Transparent OLED option)
Screen as Furniture
Being Harmonized with Home
The mood of 'Easel' focuses on harmony with interiors. Its overall shape and lines are inspired and designed like wooden furniture. Books and magazines could be hung on a lower rack and some accessories could be put on top of the TV.
