PAW THEORY is an emotional-calming wet food concept specially designed for cats experiencing stress during transitional periods—such as moving, vet visits, multi-cat conflicts, or adapting to new environments.
This project combines functional nutrition with therapeutic design to soothe anxiety through both ingredients and packaging interaction. The goal: reduce stress behaviors and enhance a cat’s sense of security with comfort, routine, and care.
The design approach merges soft science with structural aesthetics. Featuring a honeycomb modular pack, calming color palettes, and playful cat illustrations, this packaging turns feeding into a gentle ritual.
「爪爪研究所」是一款专为猫咪敏感期情绪管理设计的湿粮罐头概念，适用于搬家、就医、多猫冲突、陌生环境等高压场景。
设计结合“情绪安抚 + 营养补给”双重核心，通过科学配方与温柔的食用仪式感，缓解猫咪的焦虑行为，增强安全感。
包装设计以蜂巢结构为灵感，呈现出可组合的模块式收纳系统，搭配柔和色彩与剪影插画语言，营造出一个可持续、治愈感十足的喂食体验。

Inspired by the structure of a honeycomb, the packaging is modular, stackable, and emotionally symbolic. Each hexagonal box represents a single flavor and scenario, while the natural kraft texture enhances warmth and trust.
包装结构采用蜂巢式六边形设计，象征秩序、温柔与陪伴感。每个模块代表一个口味与应激场景，可自由组合堆叠，既趣味又实用。
