Cinemagraphs from Jordan
I’ve been creating cinemagraphs since 2015, drawn to the balance between stillness and subtle motion. A cinemagraphis a moving picture that loops endlessly, ideal for digital displays and social media.
In 2016, I won an international contest with my work showcased in Times Square, New York City. Since then, I’ve licensed cinemagraphs through Getty Images, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, and others, while also creating custom content for clients.
This series was shot in Jordan, mainly in the ancient city of Petra—a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rock-carved temples and timeless desert scenery.
All visuals were shot and created by me using original footage—no stock or third-party material. Licensing is available on request, and I’m open to custom cinemagraph commissions.
