- Create compelling designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, packaging, websites, and more.
- Develop innovative concepts and ensure designs meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Oversee and manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns and projects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to improve their work.
- Ensure all design outputs maintain brand consistency and align with the company's visual identity and strategy.
- Update and refine brand guidelines as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure designs remain fresh and competitive.
- Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights to refine design strategies.
- Review and approve final designs, ensuring high-quality standards before production or publication.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and after effects)
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
