Born and raised in Southern California, I have worked as a creative professional for feature film, television, video games and print pre-press. Although I am primarily self-taught in design, animation and 3D, I have supplemented my education with course work completed at Art Center College of Design. I love design, photography, making things and learning new tools to expand my creative abilities.

My background in creative work is wide and varied. I started in digital pre-press then worked for many years in motion graphics for broadcast and film as an artist, animator, and art director. I have worked on numerous high profile projects from the first Ironman trailer to main title sequences for Marvel and several commercials. I have also worked in the world of gaming, where I designed in-game art assets, motion graphics, icons, and UI platforms.

As an experienced art director, I am proficient in managing design projects, working with and directing creative subcontractors, developing guiding stories for projects, researching creative solutions to difficult problems, budgeting and collaborating.
