My Hero Academia chapter 420 spoilers were supposed to reveal how Aizawa and other heroes rejoined the fight to save Deku from AFO and the alleged spoilers did not disappoint.

She tells Deku she is lucky to have met him and calls him Mr. Crybaby Hero. Elsewhere, in "My Hero Academia" Chapter 325, Endeavor is shown blaming himself for making Deku wander without any progress.

Deku says he no longer has One For All or the other user’s quirks but he has some embers left inside him. Aizawa gives Deku an exclusive All Might shirt to wear and says they need each other.

He suddenly has a brief flashback to when he was seeing Deku in action for the first time and told him that he couldn’t be a hero with his uncontrolled quirk during one of Class 1-A’s sessions.

In "My Hero Academia" Chapter 282, Shigaraki is impressed with Aizawa’s quick thinking and says to himself that he expected this from the hero. The villain uses an area attack that pushes Deku back.

Aizawa tells Deku he can’t die until he gets to hear Eri sing. More portals open up as other heroes including Mineta, Shoji, Kaminari, and more enter the fight ready to rally behind Deku’s spirit.
