CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WKRC) - An American Airlines statement said that an odor reported at an airport led to several crew members being hospitalized with inhalation symptoms, NBC News and PEOPLE reported.

An odor was reported at the airport before passengers boarded Flight 2055 on Friday, American Airlines said. The plane has been taken out of service for inspection.
