A 9-month-old baby in Florida died after his teenage mother allegedly put fentanyl in his bottle before putting him down for a nap, Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper said.

Bryant then handed the bottle to the woman, who began feeding it to the baby. Authorities checked the bottle and later determined it “emanated a watermelon alcohol smell,” according to WEAR-TV.
