Almost three months after the Saint Louis Zoo welcomed five baby cheetah cubs, their names have been announced.

On December 4, 2024—aka International Cheetah Day—the Cincinnati Zoo announced the birth of Zola and Lulu after they were born at Mast Farm, the zoo's offsite cheetah breeding facility.

Zookeepers reported the birth of a new giraffe in the early morning hours of December 17. GiraffeThe zoo shared with KY3 that the baby, named Gelner, and its mom, Emma, are bonding and doing well.

Take Zola, Kiara, and Lulu, a trio of cute cheetah cubs that reside at the Cincinnati Zoo. Their zookeepers tried to introduce the cubs to a brand-new enrichment toy: a creepy-crawly centipede toy.
