GIBSON CITY — Greg Kerber’s rusted 1948 Case VAC tractor looked like it should be scrapped, but Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley High School industrial arts teacher Jason Mackinson saw an opportunity.

One such volunteer, Rusty Harm, has displayed his two tractors in the show every summer. The Fountain City native owns a dusky red 1947 Case VAC tractor and a white with red trim 1948 Ford 8n.
