Disneyland ’s beloved Jolly Holiday Bakery Café is set to reopen on March 22, 2025, after a temporary closure for refurbishment, and it’s bringing a fresh menu along with it.

It happened at Refreshment Corner on Main Street U.S.A. with the firefly chips (Fritos covered in chili, cheese and jalapenos) and the chili mac and cheese bread bowl.

And Disney, of course, has their very own Tiana-approved take on gumbo. Inside Disneyland Park's New Orleans Square area, the same gumbo recipe has been served at Café Orleans for more than 15 years.
