Dr. Salvador Plasencia is charged with illegally distributing ketamine to the “Friends” star in the weeks leading up to his overdose.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who was charged alongside four others for his role in actor Matthew Perry's death, pleaded guilty in court July 23.

Jasveen Sangha — referred to as "The Ketamine Queen," according to U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada — is charged with several counts related to allegedly distributing ketamine and methamphetamine. She has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to go to trial in August, according to the Associated Press.
