Connecticut Democratic Rep. Elizabeth Esty — under fire to resign after mishandling harassment accusations against a former chief of staff — said Monday she won’t seek reelection.

That woman, Anna Kain, said she told Esty shortly after receiving the voice mail that Baker had punched, harassed and berated her in 2014 when they both worked in Esty’s Capitol Hill office.
