A jury convicted 61-year-old Mark Fugler on June 6 but he was free on $200,000 while appealing his case. Advertisement Judge R. Michael Hutcheson's order revoking the bond was filed Monday.

Mark Fugler, 63, was convicted on June 6, 2019, of three counts each of lewd and lascivious exhibition; lewd and lascivious conduct; and showing obscene materials to a minor.
