The chunky little Honda Zoomer is a weird cross between a 50cc twist-and-go scooter, a Tonka toy and a stripped-bare army Jeep. It’s easy to ride, nippy and stylish.

Honda’s three-wheeled Gyro is a Japanese market-only, fully-enclosed delivery scooter with two wheels at the back. It delivers 100mpg and even in Japan sells for less than US$3500.

Honda has unveiled a trio of new electric bicycles catered towards young consumers in China. All three are inspired by classic mopeds produced by Honda and are dubbed the Cub e, DAX e, and ZOOMER e.

Aiming to boost sluggish motorbike sales in the domestic market, Honda Motor Co. announced Monday it will begin sales of a low-priced 50cc scooter made at its Chinese assembly plant.

Honda and Yamaha currently sell their 50cc entry-level scooters in the Japanese market by respective names of BENLY and GEAR.

Honda is very awkward about selling great products from other markets in the UK. Our Zoomer has done 12,000 kilometres between November 2013 and May 2014 mostly taking kids to school across Bangkok.
