While trying to stop Itachi, Kakashi wound up getting stuck in the Uchiha’s horrifying Tsukuyomi where he was tortured, but there is more symbolism behind the scene than you may realize.

He destroyed the Hidden Leaf Village and fought Six-Tails Naruto. Itachi, on the other hand, humiliated Kakashi in Genjutsu. He shut down Orochimaru (twice and pretty easily).

Kakashi's new abilities include a full-body Susanoo and Kamui-infused techniques. Kakashi outshines other Mangekyo users like Sasuke and Itachi in terms of prowess.
