You'll find clear rice noodles swimming in a garlicky shrimp sauce and topped with shrimp, ground meat, hard-boiled eggs and pieces of chicharrones. A single serving with a soda costs $6.19.

Jollibee's chicken comes with a side of gravy for dipping, which was one of my favorite things about the meal. I'd order the Chickenjoy again and definitely want to try the spicy chicken next time.

At first, Jollibee seems like any generic American joint with a giant bee, presumably jolly, as its mascot. But then you start to notice the little differences.
