After being traded from the Dallas Mavericks to the Lakers back in early February, Doncic has spent the better part of the last five months being heavily criticized for his weight management and conditioning habits after it was revealed by ESPN both were major factors that facilitated his trade to L.A.

Multiple reports indicated that Doncic weighed as much as 270 pounds while he was with the Dallas Mavericks, who reportedly traded him to the Lakers in exchange for 11-time All-Star Anthony Davis, Max Christie, and a 2029 first-round pick because of concerns over his conditioning, or lack thereof, according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.
