HOUSTON, Texas -- A man who was shot in the head during a live stream on Facebook is speaking for the first time in more than a month.

In the graphic video, Pennsylvania man Justin Mohn, 33, called for the execution of federal workers like his father and espoused right-wing conspiracy theories.

Justin Mohn, who is charged with killing and beheading his father, said he believed his dad wanted to stop from from becoming a politician like Trump.
