Poet Rupi Kaur responded with concern and disappointment to a new report by PEN America that her book “Milk and Honey" is one of the most banned books in the U.S. this school year.
Milk and Honey, Kaur’s illustrated book of poetry and prose about abuse and healing, has been a surprise smash, selling more than 1.5 million copies, according to publisher Andrews McMeel.
