Nightjar will be tapping into its own selection of craft beer today as brewing operations ramp up. The Downtown Peoria establishment is hosting a grand opening party for its beer on Dec. 13.

Until then, customers at Nightjar will find a variety of guest taps. “Craft beer is a really cool community because everyone knows everyone and we’re friends,” she said.
