Packie McReary, the foul-mouthed Irish thug that features in some of the biggest missions of GTA4 returns in GTAO, and you can unlock him for the Diamond Casino Heist.

However, when the McReary family suffers one tragic loss after another, he decides to depart for Los Santos. It seems Packie is the only one confirmed to make it out alive .

Packie reminds you (as does Kate, when she calls subsequent to your conversation with her brother) ... a McReary brother has fallen, and a funeral near the south end of Algonquin has been planned.
