Knowing that the LA pizza scene is serious business, Bianco is feeling excited to be a part of the competition while getting outside of his comfort zone. "LA didn't need me at all," says Bianco.

Pizzeria Bianco is open at 1320 E. 7th Street #100 for lunch Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and for dinner Wednesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
