Sergio Quintana reports. The San Francisco Unified School District could be facing a $400 million shortfall in two years if cuts aren’t made, according to Superintendent Matt Wayne.
The goal is to expand it to 70 beds, but according to Director Tsai, San Francisco needs anywhere between 150 to 200 beds. The latest expansion of 70 beds is set to happen in the next three months.
