NEW YORK - A 19-year-old is under arrest in the deadly shooting of 16-year-old Mahki Brown last week near his school in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Henry Thomas was arrested by U.S. Marshals Friday afternoon in Harlem in connection with the deadly shooting of 16-year-old Mahki Brown on May 7 in SoHo, police said.

The new suspect, a 16-year-old boy, was picked up in Newark and charged with murder in the May 7 shooting of Mahki Brown. The suspect’s name was not released by the NYPD because he is underage.
