Soket AI Labs has launched India’s first open-source multilingual foundational model Pragna-1B in partnership with Google Cloud.

While Soket AI Labs will develop India’s first open source 120 Bn parameter foundational model, Gnani.ai will build a 14 Bn parameter voice AI foundation model .

In a big push to foundational AI development, the government has now selected three more startups—Soket AI, Gnani AI and Gan AI—to build Indian large language models.
