Stripe first appeared in the movie Gremlins, and is a particularly nasty creature that serves as the film's antagonist. He's a mogwai turned evil, causing all sorts of chaos and destruction.

While fans can now pit Gizmo against Stripe, this latest MultiVersus update is substantial. The other major piece to this is the newly added Halloween Event which runs from October 12 to November 15.

Stripe is now in the game, and you can unlock him in multiple ways. You can use 2000 gold, if you have a character ticket, you can use that, or you can use 700 Gleamium.

The newest MultiVersus patch is here, and it adds Stripe the Gremlin to the roster. There’s also a new announcer, a candy currency, and a Halloween event with seasonal cosmetics.
