Like before, power is transmitted to the front axle exclusively through a CVT automatic gearbox. The updated Toyota Yaris is already available to order in Thailand starting from ฿559,000 ($16,217).

However, the engine line-up remains unchanged. Utilising what Toyota calls a ‘dual-hybrid’, there’s a 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol engine with electrical assistance in 114bhp or 129bhp guise.
