CLEVELAND — The price of US "forever" stamps is expected to go up in July by 5 cents, from 73 to 78 cents. And with that, bad actors are trying to take advantage of people hoping to save money.

The stamps are issued in booklets and panes of 20 and coils of 100, 3,000 and 10,000. As Forever stamps, they will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail 1-ounce price.
