The watermark process is the same for all files. Click the "Design" tab. Click the "Watermark" button on the tab's ribbon. Note: In Word 2010, the Watermark button is located on the Page Layout tab.

OpenAI hasn't rolled it out the watermark feature yet and is also investigating alternative solutions that are still in development, such as including cryptographically signed metadata in outputs.
