OF 1010 or 1400 - JLC-Online Forums
Mar 7, 2011 · I wish Festool had gone with a slightly extra tall sub-base, so that they could have accommodated a dust port like the OF1010's. And if your main wish is to use it with the LR32 sys, than you'll be happy everytime you use it that you bought the 1010. Using the 1400 with that has got to be like using the TS75 for cutting 3/4" plywood. JT Julian ...

May 5, 2012 · Re: Makita vs. Festool Go get em Josh, the Festool hating that goes on in this forum is unreal. Have any of you guys been to JLC Live lately? All the demonstrators who arent being paid by Bosch are using Festool. Even people being sponsored by Bosch use Festool when Bosch isnt footing the bill. Festool Domino vs The Hoffmann PDS 32 - JLC-Online Forums
Dec 17, 2007 · Re: Festool Domino vs The Hoffmann PDS 32 For those of you interested in a portable line boring solution, check out the Festool LR32 setup. It's a guide rail with holes and a base plate that you use with a Festool router. You can do system holes with it, but I use it for shelf pin holes. Fast, accurate and super clean holes using an upcut ...
Festool Kapex - JLC-Online Forums
Dec 19, 2007 · "Festool still doesn't have a firm availability date or price for this saw, but like most Festool tools, expect it will be available a few months later than expected, and probably double the price of any other slide saw. I've been told the saw should be available by early/mid-summer." Thanks for the preview Gary. Looks very well deigned.
Narrow rips with a Festool circular saw - JLC-Online Forums
Sep 11, 2008 · Re: Narrow rips with a Festool circular saw what i would do in that case is use a table saw if it is straight. however if it is a taper i would use a few pieces of double sided tape (carpet tape works well) to stick together some scrap the same thickness to the board to cut so the rail something to sit on.
Kreg next review. Festool Precisio CS 50 - JLC Online
Mar 24, 2011 · Re: Kreg next review. Festool Precisio CS 50 Well, it is expensive but not as bad as represented above. There is a huge import duty and taxation in Australia. $3050 AUS should translate to a US price of $1250-$1270. Still expensive but maybe not stupid expensive depending on your needs. Fixed louver shutter with Domino. - JLC-Online Forums
Jul 22, 2007 · Re: Fixed louver shutter with Domino. Nice looking louver. Are you a Festool salesman or something? War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse.

festool midi mini and a miter saw? - JLC-Online Forums
Feb 12, 2012 · Re: festool midi mini and a miter saw? Festool recently changed the motors in the Mini and Midi, and now all of their vacs use the same motor and hence have the same suction- the only difference is the bag capacity. If you're using a miter saw, you'll want to use the 36mm hose to maximize collection, regardless of which dust extractor you choose.
