Jan 30, 2007 · I used to use them. I loved Oneida bows for the longest time. I just starting using something else and never really went back to them. I shot my fair share of deer with them also. I had an Aero-force 80 for 2 days and shot a deer with it. Turned around and sold it to a friend a week later and he shot one also. Re-stringing them is a task. A lot of bow shops don't like working on them though.

Apr 17, 2010 · Oneida has probably the smoothest bow's in the industry due to the mechanical advantage of the outboard limbs. Why on earth are they not utilizing that system to make the cams a little more aggressive to pick up the speed? You can make those cams scary aggressive, but the smooth draw would remain the same as it is now due to the outboard limbs.

Feb 24, 2007 · Oneida bows, in my opinion, are noisy. I am impressed with the Monsterbows Pheonix though. Monster has simplified the mechanics, and significantly improved on the Oneida look.
