Fair comes out at frame 8 and does 9 damage when both hits connect, first hit doing 4%, second doing 5%. Fair can combo into various moves, such as, up smash, up tilt, from 0-50% on Mario, and down smash and nair work around 0-36%.

Sep 14, 2014 · The Mii Gunner does have the best functionality in my opinion, with that range and the damage behind it being a significant threat, but the character does feel kind of boring to play for me, as if that advantage isn't intense enough to make the fight enjoyable.
