| Introduction | Having left the area some years previously I was looking forward to returning. If the truth be known it was more for Trojan than myself. He had loved living as a herd in the rolling Essex countryside, I had taken him away and felt guilty for doing so. I knew there would have been changes in my absence. People move on, give up horses and move yards. I was expecting things to be a little different, but nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to experience. |
