Melanie Tantingco

Biography

Melanie Tantingco is an operating advisor at Bessemer where she brings over 15 years of experience in People Operations.

Melanie is currently the vice president of people at Cube, the first spreadsheet-native FP&A platform for strategic finance teams. Prior to Cube, Melanie was the vice president of talent acquisition at Vise and was the vice president of global talent acquisition at Sisense, where she managed the post-merger integration of Periscope Data and Sisense as well as the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the combined company.

Melanie earned her BA in sociology from the University of California, Davis. In her free time, Melanie enjoys going to Broadway musicals and binge watching the latest and greatest on Netflix.
