Biography
Natasha Chand is an operating advisor at Bessemer and a global leader with 25+ years of experience in omnichannel P&L leadership for start-ups and global consumer businesses across Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecom. Natasha brings expertise in strategy, AI-driven transformations, digital marketing, supply chain optimization, and ESG. She is renowned for transforming brands through strategic leadership and tech-enabled innovation.
Natasha is the Principal at NoBo, LLC, an advisory services firm that focuses on digitally and operationally transforming early-stage and Fortune 500 companies. She currently advises early-stage companies on navigating multiple stages of development, including rapid consumer adoption, global expansion, scaling operations, and evolving organizational structure and core processes.
Previously, Natasha was the co-founder and global CEO of Amazon’s private fashion brands. During her tenure, she scaled the business to a multi-billion-dollar global entity. She contributed significantly to ESG industry initiatives, including reshaping industry standards and spearheading programs like the HIGG and Amazon Aware.
Her additional career highlights include accelerating growth in Amazon’s Sports business, turning around Target Australia’s Menswear Business, re-vitalizing Levi’s brand across multiple operating roles at Levi Strauss & Co and an 8-year career at McKinsey & Company.
Natasha holds an MBA from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario. Apart from her professional engagements, she currently sits as an Independent Board Director at Hanesbrands and Fair Trade USA, the leading certifier of fair trade products in North America. In her free time, Natasha can often be found scaling summits in the mountain ranges near her home in Seattle, Washington.
