As it came to a close it felt as though it was ending and things were wrapping it up. It wasn't abrupt nor did it leave anything unresolved. There was heartbreak, heart(ache) and lives lost but even after all that there was much hope and love still remaining. With each installment of the series I felt an array of emotions that I couldn't even begin to explain but it all led me to continue reading the next book. And isn't that what writing is suppose to do? Make you feel things beyond the normal. It was a crazy year getting to know Violet and all the other characters, and I loved every minute of it. I can't wait to read the next thing from Jessica Shirvington....more

Shirvington has outdone herself with each new release, and Endless is no exception. In fact, it is exceptional. With every new (and exciting) event and devastating decision, I would find myself yelling at the book or empathizing with characters. Shirvington has created a world of her own with characters that could stand alone if need be. And if that wasn't incredible enough, she has created that ONE character you can't stand (and most likely hate with all your being because of how evil and malicious they can be), but You can't help but feel sorry for them because they aren't all necessarily bad nor want to be bad, but feel as though have to. Sarah, if you ever happen to read this, I must tell you this. Thank you. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Every time I am feeling defeated or frustrated, I turn to this book; to YOUR writing. It gives me a sense of comfort, belonging, and understanding, all the while voicing opinions and advice that I may not have heard other wise. Not to mention, it makes me feel like my problems aren't anything to push aside because maybe I feel like it's not a big deal, when in reality it kind of is.
So I thank you--for writing about real things that are tough to deal with but happen every day, without ostracizing it or belittling the situation. Your characters grow and learn and mature with situation. It is why it feels so real. It is something I have come to really appreciate over the years. And, as I have done, almost every year since I first read this book back in 2009/2010, I'm sure I will turn to JUST LISTEN for another lesson. It is and will always be my favorite book....more
