this was such a fun and quick read!

Ali's being threatened by her ex and needs to seduce her boss to get access to an exclusive wedding

she confides in Christopher and he agrees to be seduced by her and they start a fake dating game that turns real very quick.

i'm not a big 3rd person POV reader, but i didn't mind it in this book. I do think it would've been a bit more interesting if we had a 1st person POV. this way, as a reader we would've been a bit more connected.

the story itself had a good plot imo and was fun to read! i never got bored and finished the book in a day and a half.

Ali n Christopher have a boss X assistant relationship that goes from fake to real! i love this trope!!

he takes care of her and would honestly hurt whoever dares to touch her!!
--> 'If you like your hands attached to your body then I suggest you take them the fuck off of her.'

the spice was surprisingly very good. i honestly didn't expect it, but it was a fun surprise nonetheless!.
