Beeb, 24 Aug 2024How do you even fast charge this tab and increase the internal storage/dedicate files to SD?Root and install patched custom OS, but i won’t recommend it, first it is different from Samsung UI feels, second root state will remain even you revert back to original OS, third upgraded OS require new hardware that means sometimes there will be issue when a porting custom OS, fourth there are no newly major feature that you can enjoy with old hardware, android is not Apple which fast to update year by year and leaving gap for old OS, you can search Whatsapp, Spotify, and orher Apk minimum Android requirements, whatsapp still support for JB 4.2.1 for now and most app still support Lollipop 5.0

I've been running LineageOS 14.1 since 2017, but I will try this. Can always restore a nandroid backup of Lineage via TWRP if things aren't to my liking. This tablet takes some years of abuse and just keeps on going (with a good protective case).

Andrew, 22 Jun 2024Could you give me the rom link?I’m currently running Crdroid on android 13 on my t580. If you want to upgrade the os just look up tutorials on YouTube. They provide all links and steps to upgrade. Cheers.

Anonymous , 21 Jul 2024This is best tab like I used it for many years and then one day it just won't turn on. It... moreI've had this on a friends device. It's probably the battery connector. Open the case, springs apart all round but take it gently. The cable from the battery joins the circuit board via a clip connector. Release the cable and give the contact a gentle clean as well as the clip connector. Re-assemble the unit, the tablet won't work with the cover removed as it has magnets that sense its presence. Connect to its charger and try switching on. It's a bit of a problem with the voltage sensing circuit. Your tablet isn't dead just locked up due the sensing circuit. Hope this helps. Best tablet I've used and still my goto.

This is best tab like I used it for many years and then one day it just won't turn on. It will make sound but it won't turn on so I think it is the display problem if any of you know the display that I can replace please text it

Turnover, 09 Aug 2023This is a 7 year old low range tablet that for the 7 inch model barely even supports most game... moreits because saumung slows older tablets down, if they didnt this tablet would get a minimum of 10fps on every game and probably a maximum of 40fps
