'He was stabbed 50 times'' Game of Thrones actor dashes hope that Jon Snow is alive

FANS were still hoping that Jon Snow survived being stabbed 50 times in the heart.

Last year, the biggest cliffhanger in the land of telly came from the end of Game of Thrones season five.


Fan favourite Jon Snow was stabbed by members of the Night Watch — 50 times.

Despite the brutal attack (and Snow appearing very much dead on screen) fans have clung on to hopes that he is still alive.

But Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister, has dashed hopes once and for all.


Speaking on The Jimmy Kimmel show, he said: "Listen, he was stabbed 50 times in the heart.

"He's dead."

But Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jamie Lannister, has dashed hopes once and for all.

Speaking on The Jimmy Kimmel show, he said: "Listen, he was stabbed 50 times in the heart.

"He's dead."

Seems like Jon Snow isn't the only one who knows nothing…

Just recently a trailer for the show's sixth season was released. Snow appears in the clip along with other characters that are assumed dead.

Kit Harringon, who plays Snow in the HBO series, recently teased whether or not he would be back in the show.

"We’ll have to wait and see," he said.
