We have tried to bring together as many different aspects of his drawing portfolio, including interiors, exteriors and drawings before and after colouring. Intricate Japanese Architectural Drawings
Mita Mitauzo 実田くら is a very talented Illustrator, that is able to construct these magnificently detailed architectural drawings. In his Illustrations he visits a lot of different subjects, but the ones we found the most fascinating are his Architectural ones and that is why we have brought them to you. The drawings are so big and detailed that they are difficult to fit even if enlarged, so, for most of them, we have the original plus 2 details. To enlarge them just press the image (not the first one).

Architectural Drawings in Color & Black and White
Beautiful drawings by Artist Teikoku Shounen also known as Imperial Boy. We have concentrated on his architectural art in this post and have tried to keep the images as big as possible, (press the image to enlarge, but not the first one), so that you can see all of the intricate detail he manages to cram into his drawings. There is a selection of colour and back and white drawings both of which look fantastic in their own way. Our suggestion is to enlarge the images to pick up all of the details and the subtle colour use in very dark images whilst using faded colours in the light ones. Enjoy...

Detailed Architectural Drawing from the Imagination
Self Taught Painter and Drawing Artist Stefan Bleekrode comes up with these drawings, partly from his experiences whilst travelling and partly from his imagination. To make the scenes more realistic Bleekrode always makes sure he leaves room for dustbins, phone boots and benches, in the streets. His drawings are inspired by the architecture of different cities around the USA and Europe. The drawings start with a general layout, which he jots down in his sketchbook, the sketch will be explored in more detail some time in the future, sometimes weeks, months or even a year later. We have included the bigger drawings towards the end of the post, with GIF animations to show the details, enlarge them for a better view. More of Stefan Bleekrode's work here on DesignStack: "Fantasy in Detailed Architectural Drawings"

Korean Artist Jieun Park chooses her scene at night when the moon comes up and illuminates the city. She includes these architectural scene within the perimeter of the brush strokes. This makes it look like each stroke is partially uncovering part of the view, bringing to light small pieces of the entire picture. The following is a direct quote from the Artist: “What I try to express through my works are the emotions that I felt at the specific moments during the journey. I remember how I was emotionally overwhelmed and felt lonely by looking down at the city from on high.”

Charming Architectural wobbly Drawings and Paintings
British artist Chris Lee loves, to capture images of buildings, mostly off of the trodden path, in places where most people don't venture, in order to see architectural beauties. His About page, starts with "why I draw, and why I wobble" on this page he explains how he does not use photographs as references, nor pencil outlines. or rulers and erasers, just an ink pen. The really interesting thing is, the reaction he gets from fascinated and inquisitive people that crowd around him when he starts working. This happens in places where a tourist with a camera capturing the scene, would be seen as an intruder, someone invading the privacy of an area.

In the "real life buildings" as he calls them, Cameron illustrates buildings from Scotland, England and New York City, whilst in the fantasy ones, he draws inspiration from our world, both in the East and in the West.

Paintings of Architectural Photorealism
Japanese Photo-Realistic Artist Hisaya Taira brings us these impressively realistic paintings. Having lived in a very crowded country, he seems to have removed the human aspect form his art, projecting these spaces in their purest and unadulterated forms. As more and more of us move towards a 24 hour society, especially in big cities, it is becoming less likely to come across empty buildings. Even when an office is closed for the night, the cleaning crew and security staff take over. The same goes for the subway, the night is taken over by cleaning and maintenance crews. Our lives are becoming so busy that for some, 24 hours are not enough to get everything done...
