2 Barns is a 4 acres property overlooking the Ashokan Resevoir. Both buildings are contemporary barn-like structures designed by architect Barry Price. Both structures are 100% Wheelchair Accessible and both meet Pasive House Specifications. Local materials were used when possible. The property was completed in 2017.
