I made up my mind that I wasn't giving another penny to Metaquest. I was so frustrated that my son's Meta3 headset was rendered unusable after their update and they wouldn't take responsibility. They kept trying to push us to buy a refurbished headset for $340. I am so grateful to this company. The whole process was stress free. They send a label, communicate well, and know what they're doing. The repair cost was fair, saved us money and it's just nice having the headset you've been wearing as opposed to one someone else had on their head. The turnaround time for us was a few weeks but upon it's return has been working beautifully and we are happy customers!!

Such a great business with great communication and support! I’ve sent in two separate controllers on different occasions and both were tracked in shipping, properly fixed and returned timely. I was notified often with available updates and payment for the repairs was quick and easy - and VERY affordable! I highly recommend this business for VR repairs, they are great and very easy to work with!

Daniel was literally amazing every step of the way. I was able to send my son’s VR in to get the charging port replaced. He expedited the process and gave me peace of mind that it would be properly taken care of. We got it back and now charges perfectly again! Happy momma and happy son! I would 100% recommend them and if I ever need another fix I would do it again! Thank you Dan so much for all your help!

I have to admit I was skeptical and I even freaked out when I read the bad reviews. I went as far as asking for a refund but they reached out to me and assured me that I would have my oculus fixed and back within 2-3 weeks. Which I received it back in 19 days from when I shipped it. It works great. Thank you so much.

I know this place is good. I seen it before I give it five stars because if I get there, I know he’s gonna fix my VR but one problem is that I live in Pompano Beach I I
am far but yeah I know is good. I seen him fix it. The main problem was wrong with my VR is I drop my VR now my speaker is not working. So yeah. And I’m stuck boot Loot
