Am unable to find the source. Closest I can find is ecasino which looks like it was a fork of casino to EDE FLTK. It's at http://vljubovic.members.epn.ba/rpm/ede/sources/ in ede-games-1.0.tar.bz2
If anyone finds the original FLTK code or ports it back to FLTK, please post.
