Aralidium pinnatifidum (Jungh. & de Vriese) Miq. Torricelliaceae, also placed in Aralidiaceae, Cornaceae. CN: [Malay - Sebalai, Balai, Hempedu buaya, Chengpok (referring to the entire-leafed tree in Johor), Daun tutchol antu (Iban), Indonesia - Attarodan, Segentot, Medung], Thailand - Khot nok kuut, Phrom-makhot, Phaphu nga. A monotypic species native to peninsular Thailand, peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Singapore (extinct, now cultivated), Anambas Islands, Borneo. Habitat - lowland and hill forest, to ca 1,250 altitude. Shrub to treelet, up to ca 20 m. Leaves pinnately arranged, pinnately incised (a forma with entire-leaved found in Johor). Inflorescence terminal, pendulous.
