The product is broken and the company is unethical in it's charging processes. I have money tied up in there that I can't get out and they won't help me. It's really bad. This company is a scam. Terrible support that doesn't know their own product and...
I like that Human Interest will handle most paperwork. Upon research, I found too many forms and documents to think about when setting up and managing an org's retirement plan. With HI, they will handle all of it for us! Oh the headaches I won't have!
Their inabilty to fix errors they caused in a timely manner.
