There are some minor features that I find are not available yet, such as being able re-run call analysis, troubleshoot why an automating didn't work, and setting up our own logic to determine which account or opportunity I want momentum to write to after a call. What do you like best about Momentum?

Momentum has been great for recording meetings with customers and being able to look back on those meetings and go exactly whre I need to. Without any training I was able to set everything up, it's very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search option seems to not work at all. It will show you the result you're looking for and when you click into it, it will disappear, meaning you have to manually search for it afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
