What do you like best about Autosoft?

Simplicity. I can train new staff quickly, and move through the DMS easily and quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autosoft?

I loved how it was easy to create parts lists & quotes for clients & technicians alike. The user interface was very nice & I never had any issues with crashes or system errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autosoft?

It always fount that it was quite hard to find information or run reports without going through many extra steps or memorizing locations. This made end of month reporting a giant pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autosoft?

The sales module is not that bad. But the support is horrible. Usually the tech support / training does not have an answer, or a fix. They have actually referred us to dealers to ask how they use their own software. Absolutely crazy. After we were sold and contracted on the system the salesperson moved on. Would not return emails, and if he did was rude. Service side of the program is really bad. Scheduling customers is done separate from the ROs and makes it a nightmare to work with. It also has errors all the time. Like if you click on the service screen it closes out the program out sometimes. Also you have to keep going in and out of different screens to build and RO. What do you dislike about Autosoft?

1. Does not do half the things the sales person told us it would.

2. Customer support has been some of the worst I have ever seen.

3. Sales Tax Reports are worthless

4. No Floor Plan Calculating. ( So while working every deal you have to go out and make sure you account for floor ) Not to mention its not something you want everyone to have access to.

5. Basically they sell it as one system. But if you use it for anything more than sales it has another program that handles service parts and accounting. It looks like it is from the 50's and operates about the same. They sell you by showing the sales side of it that looks really pretty. Then once you get the program you see that was not the main system you work out of. Almost like a bait and switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autosoft?

This was great software, it was a little confusing at first learning of it. But it definitely made posting deals, dealer trades and wholesales very easy. Posting accounting items and checking schedules was very easy to do as well with this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
